There is something about outdoor weddings that is super romantic yet still very relaxed and chill. Kim chose to get married in the yard where she grew up. When I drove up I was so stoked to take photos there. Barns, horses, fields and an awesome old truck. With the sun being seriously hot we tried to scout out a few shade spots for a bit of relief from the heat and harsh shadows. There is always a jokster in the wedding party…. which i love. It keeps things interesting. Yesterday the joke was that I was cropping one of the groomsmen out of every shot. Pay back !! lol Another highlight for me was the bestman’s speech. Halarious. 5 stars to you for encouraging group participation. The live band at the reception was steller. I really had to focus to keep taking photos and not bust out a move on the dance floor. Kim and Scott, you two were fantastic to work with. Your children are gorgeous! Here’s a shot of them being kids!
