8th Day of Christmas

Only 5 more sleeps till Christmas day! I think one of my favorite christmasy moments this season happened last night at church. The trees were all lit up with hundreds of lights, a big red light illuminated the stage and the band was singing the most beautiful christmas song.  Gloria in excelsis deo! The lyrics of the song are so powerful and everyone was singing them out at the top of their lungs. Absolutely gorgeous. It made me forget about all the hussle and bussle and reminded me why I celebrate Christmas. That definitelyhelped me  get into the Christmas spirit.
